What makes us different?

What makes us different

What makes our office different? Over the years, we’ve heard from a number of patients that we are extremely thorough. But thoroughness alone doesn’t set us apart—any doctor can be thorough.

What truly differentiates us is our use of new protocols that take into account the unique characteristics of each patient. To the best of our knowledge, there are no other doctors or practices currently applying this method. However, as research continues to support its effectiveness, we expect more healthcare professionals to adopt this approach to help their patients recover.

This isn’t just a theory—scientific research confirms how and why it works. As a patient in our office, you’ll have access to this knowledge and be guided on how it can help you achieve the best possible outcome for your health and well-being.

The easiest way to explain this concept is through an activity. Imagine performing a simple task, such as picking up a pencil from a desk or boiling a pot of water.

Let’s break down the steps involved in boiling water: picking up the pot, filling it at the sink, turning on the stove, and waiting for the water to reach a boil. Each of these actions requires belief (that you can do it), knowledge (understanding how to do it), desire (wanting to complete the task), and execution (actually doing it).

Sir Isaac Newton’s third law states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This applies to health as well.

You can know all the steps required to boil water, but unless you take action, it remains theoretical. The same is true for maintaining good health.

Consider someone who has successfully lost weight before but gained it back. Do they believe they can lose weight again? Most likely, yes. Do they have the knowledge of how to do it? Probably. But without taking action, nothing changes. They may understand the importance of losing weight and even explain how to do it, but unless they commit to the lifestyle changes that are necessary, they won’t see results.

This principle applies across the board—to high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and many other health conditions including back pain. Ultimately, what you believe and how you behave determines your health outcomes.

In our office, we don’t force patients to follow a strict regimen. Instead, we provide the information, the guidance, and the necessary tools so that you can make the best choice for yourself.

Our protocols are designed to help you achieve the best possible health outcomes.

When Dr Moran first graduated from chiropractic college, he was eager to help as many people as possible, armed with a strong foundation in diagnosis and treatment. However, what he wasn’t taught—and what he has since learned through years of practice—is that not all patients are ready or willing to get better. Some may seem motivated on the surface but lack the deeper understanding or guidance necessary to sustain lasting health. This is where our office shines. We are committed to guide you to make better decisions. That in conjunction with our treatment protocols allows you to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Think about it—who taught you how to be healthy? Maybe you had a basic health class in school that covered anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. But did it address the psychology behind behavior and decision-making?

Many people rely on information passed down from parents, who learned it from their own parents. This cycle often perpetuates misinformation, which can be taken as fact simply because it’s familiar.

Even his own education in chiropractic college mirrored the medical field’s nutritional teachings at the time. It wasn’t until he resolved his own health issues and conducted years of independent research that he discovered a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to restore and maintain health.

In his journey, he has uncovered medical research dating back as far as 1923 that outlines protocols for reversing diabetes—yet he had never encountered this information in over 37 years of practice. This realization led him to question why such vital knowledge remains hidden from both healthcare professionals and the public. If it took him decades to find this, how can he expect the average person to make informed health decisions when even their doctors lack access to critical information?

This has become his mission. His purpose is to design and implement research-backed protocols that help people achieve optimal health. As new studies emerge, he continuously refines and enhances those protocols to provide the most effective treatments possible.
